GCM’s Variaxis 730 5x 5 axis vertical machining center offers a highly-rigid, built-in tilting rotary table, unique to this machine tool. The rotary configuration allows work pieces with complex contours and features to be finished in a single machine setup. It has tremendous weight capacity and will increase machining accuracy while reducing cycle time. 5-axis, simultaneously controlled machining with Variaxis is ideal for sculptured components as well as prismatic parts in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
