Makino Duo-43 Wire EDM

GCM’s DUO43 wire EDM provides one-pass machining with superb performance. This machine tool supports various applications from tall work pieces to small precision holes. Wire diameter selection ranges from .004” to .012 with taper cutting capability up to 15 degrees. The key to achieving superior straightness when machining thick material is to minimize straightness error on the first pass. The GS-Cut system delivers straightness accuracy to within 5 µm in the first machining pass.
